Your application information and photographs are accessible only to authorised members of the Introduced by Imdadiyyah team who require access for the purpose of providing the matchmaking service.
Our team members are expected to handle applicant information confidentially.
6. How matchmaking introductions work
Introduced is a human-led matchmaking service.
Where we identify someone whom we believe may be a potentially suitable match, we may consider sharing relevant information from your application with that person as part of the introduction process.
This may include selected information from your profile that is relevant to determining whether both individuals may wish to explore an introduction.
Where appropriate, your photograph may also be shared as part of this process.
Your photographs are not publicly displayed on the website.
Information shared with a potential match will be limited to what is reasonably relevant to the matchmaking process.
We will not provide a potential match with unrestricted access to your application, internal records or other information that is not relevant to the proposed introduction.
7. Your consent to matchmaking sharing
As part of the application process, you will be asked to confirm that you understand that, where a suitable potential match is identified, relevant information from your profile and, where appropriate, your photographs may be shared with that person for the purpose of considering an introduction.
Your consent is recorded against your Applicant ID together with the date and time it was provided.
If you do not consent to the relevant sharing, this may affect our ability to provide the matchmaking service to you.
8. Photographs
Photographs submitted as part of your application are treated as private application information.
They are stored using restricted access controls and are not intended to be publicly accessible.
Access is limited to authorised members of the Introduced by Imdadiyyah team for legitimate matchmaking purposes.
Where a photograph is shared with a potential match as part of an introduction, this will be done only in accordance with the permissions and processes described in this Privacy Policy and your application consent.
You should only upload photographs that you are comfortable providing for the purposes of the matchmaking service.
9. How we keep your information secure
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against:

Access to applicant information is restricted to authorised users.

10. Payment information
The £49.99 application fee is processed through our payment provider, Square.
We use payment information and transaction details for purposes including:
- Processing your application payment
- Confirming payment status
- Maintaining appropriate financial records
- Managing refunds where applicable
- Preventing fraudulent or duplicate transactions
We do not ask you to provide your full card details directly to us through the application form.
Payment processing is subject to Square's own privacy and security arrangements.

We use selected third-party services to help us operate the Introduced service, including services used for payment processing, appointment scheduling, email communication, secure data storage, website hosting and infrastructure, and administrative record keeping.
